Apologies first of all for the two, very average, shots. Snapped them in a hurry as the weather today was too mint to waste.

Here's my new Corretto, Baum number 2. Has been gathering dust in the factory whilst I was away overseas, but happy in my possession now.

Build is:

- Campagnolo Record

- Enve post and 2.0 fork

- Prologo Scatch Nack saddle

- handbuilt wheels (built up myself!) on Amobrosio rims, Veloflex Master tyres on NOS Chorus hubs. Was intended to be used on the Merckx, but needed some wheels so decided why not grab them for this bike instead

- oversize tubing with not a huge amount of butting, which means frame weight a little heavier than a regular Corretto

- speedplay pedals

In the rush I also didn't have a chance to weigh it, will try to get it on some scales soon. Especially keen to see what it comes in at with my 6.7's in it.

Here are some shots, will get some more soon.

*f##k* legit. Not a thing that I would change minus the saddle, and that's only because I can't ride that specific one.

really really nice. Prefer this to the baum with mondrian on white background shown on flicker.

When you get the chance, would be great to know weight and ride diffs between this and your rockin ristretto!

3T, and no.

Certainly stiffer than the Ristretto, which given the butting profile is hardly a surprise. Frame weight is about 450g less than the Ristretto, again would have been more with more aggressive butting.

The wheelset and tyres really help smooth it out. I'm keen to see how the Zonda's (that are on the Panther) feel in it - something tells me it'll be more direct again.

Actually gave some consideration to which would be the race bike. Presently it's the Ristretto, but...
