My first post,
I`m Barrie 65 and live in Lancashire UK,
Now I have time on my hands I decided to rebuild my Carbon Cannondale Synapse
Its now got Campag record 10 changers , long record rear changer,
record 13/29 cassette , chorus front changer , FSA triple gosssamer pro 52/40/30,
Kcnc stem, Schmolke TCO bars, carbon seat post , with a Fizik Arione 00 saddle
Extralite Hyperclincher SP wheels , and Hutchinson Fusion 3 tyres

Now I need help. I need a triple chainset to get up the local hills so if someone can point me in the direction
towards a carbon triple 51/40/30 or 50/40/30 that will fit in my BB30 frame

Barrie

Welcome along Barrie

Campy makes a 50/40/30 but will obviously need an adapter because they are only BS/IT native
If you don't like the FSA maybe look as an alternative:Ditch the triple, get at 50/34 (a lot more common) get a medium cage derailleur (veloce) and try a 32 cassette should wok our about the same

At the moment I run a record long derailleur so that would work out OK , I`d have to see what cassette changes I can make, it a record 13/29 at the moment

that go me thinking
