I've seen an Alma frame in two pieces (almost new), and Orbea refused to help. I'd be a bit hesitant dealing with them...

I just built up a Santa Cruz carbon highball and love it....think I like it better than my Tallboy for most trails in the northbay SF.

Not sure what size wheel you are after but its pretty hard to go past On-one for value for money. Just picked up an (admittedly porky) whippet for 210GBP.
