Hi
I just had a new pair of ultegra 6700 wheels arrive this morning so I could give the tubeless a try
but when I spun the rear wheel in the stand with the cassette on there seemed to be a lot of wobble on the cassette as if the axle was bent. I know some wheels do this a bit but this seems to be excessive. There is also quite a loud dry sounding noise from the hub as well as its spinning. Has anyone had these wheels and noticed them quietening down over time. I can't believe a brand new pair would have a bent axle.

Hi i have just bought the same wheels and noticed the same noise from the rear hub and a slight rumble from the front hub. Just wondering if the noise got better? Or if it didnt if and how you stopped it. Cheers

Hi. I have had no problems and the noise has gone. They don't feel the smoothest when you spin them in hand but I guess that's what Dura Ace is for. The tubeless tyres are fantastic as well

Thats good to hear thanks for the reasurance. And yeah there great untill you get a puncture so i swapped them back to tubed less hassle to change a tube.
