Canada Post does not suck so much today. Now I have to wait for another 5 hours before I can get home and start to grind metal and get a finished weight.

Yes it is finally here. Now I just need to gently remove some metal from the bottom of the post and install it.

5880g with the new saddle/post combo. The bike is not the way it will be when finished so I will save pics and final weight until I get the OMEGA brakes installed.

The inner weight weenie is battling my aero weenie and I know if I switch out my full aero rings for my normal rings I could get my build under 5800g but having a sub 6000g aero weight weenie build is pretty cool as well.

I can relate. I think similar things about a Tri-Rig brake or a Scapula F. The fork would get me down to your weight, and possibly beyond.

I also think that going with the newer Cervelo forks would be more aero as well but I have been told they are pretty heavy.

Actually I believe that the FK26 does fit but the FK25 does not. Both are more aero than the 3T.

Omega's arrived today. Installed and tested. I need to finish up the new shifter run before I can give this a good test which should be on Friday I hope. Work in progress. Crap cell phone pics sorry.

5950g as shown but I can pull out a few tricks to lower the weight a bit.

Looks great brother. What were your thoughts on the Omegas? One thing I noticed, is they seemed to stop better the more times I used them. It's like they contact the rim at a different angle than other brakes or something, and it needed to establish a wear pattern before it worked best.

There are a couple of things I need to fix like adding 1-2 links in the shifter housings to allow the front wheel to turn 90 degree each way but I left enough liner to do so. Also need to shim the brakes a bit on the rear so that the toe in is the correct way. It looks great and comes in at 5980g.
