Here is what I'm thinking.

Rims: Farsports FSL50-TM at 350g each
Spokes: CX-Ray
Hubs: Bikehubstore superlight 277g/pair or Hubsmith at about 255g/pair

I'm under 65kg so what will 16/20 or 16/24 spokes do? I like the idea of 24 spokes out back since it allows for 16:8 drilling and more even tension. The 16 spokes up front will give a very slight weight and aero advantage. Will this be stiff enough at my weight? The Hubsmith hubs may not be available in 16h front or 16:8 drilling rear; I'll have to ask.

My clincher wheels are Kinlin XR-200, BHS Superlight hubs & Revolution spokes. Laced up 20/24 with 16:8 out back they are 1265g.

I'm 65kg and hard on rear wheels. 24h on a deep section carbon rim is fine for me.

FarSports basalt brake tracks work pretty well for me.

Eric any idea what the rims ended up weighing? What sort of pads are you using on them?

Mine are 50mm deep clinchers- 406g and 410g.

I'm using Reynolds blue pads, which look similar to the FarSports pads.

My Farsport 50mm clinchers are 20/24 and are super stiff (I am 75kg). At 65kg 16/20 would probably be stiff enough for you.

On the other hand 16/20 does not offer much weight advantage over 20/24... so going with 20/24 and being assured of stiff wheels seems the best choice.
