These cranks look promising. 35mm spindle. Hopefully Aptos Big Ring can chime in here to help convince us it's not just vaporware.

I'm kind of partial to their old alu design.
But at least at 35mm, it kinda makes sense to go to carbon for the spindle.
it's actually possible to come to the conclusion even before realising it makes no sense at all
