My New Parlee Z3 4.94kg with room to go lower
Moderators: MrCurrieinahurry, maxim809, Moderator Team
She's now down to 4.94kg after switching out the brakes. Went from Feather (199.1g) to the new 2012 Ciamiilo CF Gravitas SL (162.6g). I had to add couple of Nokon links since to the rear since the new arm is a little shorter than the feather.
One question I have, should I sand off the white skull winged logo or keep them?

Hey! Its du from garden grove, nice to see you got your ride up and running. From what you told me I didn't think it would be this light, and with a good amount of reasonably easy grams to shave too! I think a syntace stem with ti bolts would work well with this build and save almost 20 grams
Yup the skulls are bad arsed! And forget the syntace stems... They are for MTBs and those that won't spend the coin on an extralite OC. You don't appear to be pulling punches so it's a no brainer
I have a Rotor S3 stem that will help me loose ~17g (126g to 109g). I think an Extralite 120mm stem is ~100g, so not sure what I'm going to do yet. I may change out the bars when I decide on a stem. I like contoured bars so the ultralight ones are out. Was thinking the Zipp Contour SL SS ~190g, but only saves ~15g over the Enve on her now. Part of me thinks I should stay with the Enve cockpit since it looks so good with the frame/fork even though I would loose 30-45g. I figure I can lose ~100g switching out the pedals (Aerolites) & switching out the cages to BTP I will lose ~50g.

It's the wheel set (RZRs-878g), light Tufo tubs (<240g for the pair) & the Berk saddle/post combo (~119g) that has kept the bike so light.

beautifully done bike. I wish I was smaller, I could never hit that weight (stupid 60cm frame).
