I'm currently looking for a white saddle for my Cannondale SuperSix.
Current saddle is a Fizik Arione K:1, and fit on that is good, so it's purely for "cosmetic reasons". I'd like to keep it around the same weight (152g) or less and my budget is around 20€.
So, I'd like to hear your suggestions. Pics are more than welcome...

SLR fibra and regular Ti rails.
Also toupe pro (carbon rails) on one bike.

I had an SLR carbonio and then a Spesh Toupe carbon, before I finally ended up with a Tune Komm-vor+. It's mainly carbon weave with a white leather strip at the end, which actually works pretty well with my setup.

Had a white San Marco Mantra. Great saddle, gave up on it eventually when it turned ugly grey...
Road bike: Cervelo R3, Campagnolo Chorus/Record mix...
Supercommuter: Jamis Renegade...
Oldie but goodie: De Rosa Professional Slx, Campagnolo C-Record...
And you can call me Macktastik Honey Pete Kicks, thank you.

I used to ride ariones then got sick of the long nose. Went to a Fizik Pave , which you can get in white and it was more comformtable. May weigh a lttle more but yank off the screw on protectors and light attachment points on the back. You can get carbon ones as well I think. Check Fleabay. Felt like a Fizik saddle so you will notice only a small difference
San Marco Aspide works for me. Nice balance of light (162g XSilite rails) but comfortable (usual saddle caveat - comfort/fit are very individual) White cover on 'racing team' version ('San Marco' graphics blasted diagonally along whole saddle) wears somewhat quickly - edges grayed after several hundred miles and changed saddle purely for cosmetics at about 9000 miles). Very happy with plain white (small san Marco logo on side) which appears to be a different fabric and so far looks brand new sparkly white after 2000 miles. YMMV.

I ride a pro edge carbon saddle ,it's a few years old ,weighs 99grms and was white when I got it. I have sanded the paint off and it's just matt carbon, Very comfy. I prefer saddles without any padding but I seem to be lucky in that I get comfy on most saddles and never had a issue swapping saddles, also have 2 kids ,so it's all working well down at the buisness end .

I just went from an arione carbon to a prologo c.one nack. And whilst the saddle isn't completely white, a fair bit of it is and it really looks much better than I had anticipated. It's 95g and I have to say my arse likes it waaaay more than the arione carbon and I had been riding the arione cx with braided rails forever (the carbon just didn't suit me quite right).
I'm thinking of stripping it and refinishing it so that could always be a possibility to make it more "white" - or less in my case.
