Hey guys! Finally got some pics to share my new bike with you.
Parts list:
Frame - Alchemy Bicycles Custom carbon, road geo with room for cross tires. (I use it as both, just swap wheels for races)
Fork - Enve Cross
Bars, Post, Stem - Enve
Cranks - Lightning
Chainring - KCNC compact
Road Wheels - Enve 1.68 tubular rims, Sapim cx-ray spokes, Tune MIG 45 front and Tune MAG 150 rear hubs
Cross Wheels - Taiwan 50mm carbon tubular rims, Sapim cx-ray spokes, Chris King Classic hubs
Shifting - Ultegra Di2 with Calfee post battery
Cables - Nokon
Brakes - TRP cx8.4
Saddle - Selle Italia SLR Kit Carbonio Flow
Chain - KMC x10sl DLC Black
Cassette - Dura Ace
Always wanted a custom carbon bike. Due to my smaller stature, most bikes, even in my size, rode too stiff. So I decided to combine 2 of my fleet bikes so I could afford one really awesome bike!
It rides so good. Super smooth, virtually no road chatter, but stiff when I need it to be. I really can't say enough good things about the guys at Alchemy. First rate and they deliver what they promise.
Oh yeah, in road form, she weighs 14.5lbs with pedals. Not the lightest I have built, but under the circumstances, she's the best! Thanks for looking!
Thanks space for the pics how to!

I don't change the rings for cross season, I just go with the compact set and it seems to work fine for me.
A little more info on the frame. It's pf30 BB, internal Di2 cables, canti mounts for v-brakes (no cable stop), weight before crank was 850 grams or so. Made with Enve tubing and custom laid up carbon instead of lugs. Paint was my design and we splashed a little more clear on it to try and avoid scratching it up too bad during cross season.
I switched the bars to the compact version since pics were taken.
Hard to imagine a better ride both on and off road for me. Best money I've spent. Would love to have them build me up a stainless single speed, but those funds are a bit dried up after this one. ; )

Prendrefeu approves.

These work ok with the Ultegra levers? I know TRP recommend the CX9 for them and the ones you have for Sram and Campag.

The brakes in the pictures are actually the cx9's and they worked really well. I went to the cx8.4's because I was told they would give me a bit more clearance, but they definitely don't work as well as the cx9's. I'm going back to the cx9's. I used the cx8.4's with SRAM levers though and they are brilliant, just like the cx9's work with the Ultegra levers. If you are considering them, stick with what they advise. ; )

That's killer! How much do the road wheels weigh and how finicky are the hubs? Do you have to keep adjusting them at all?
