I believe that imprint is Pillar.
Just FWIW: I bought a set of NOS, non current Reynolds wheels a few years ago and they came with Pillar spokes instead of whatever the sales blurb said (I think it was DT Swiss). I have no knowledge of spokes, but recall thinking it wasn't right. So I did a search for opinions and my conclusion at that time was that Pillar are good spokes like the other well known names, nothing to worry about. The weight of the wheel set is right on to the spec with the other spokes, and they have been totally reliable, tough, stayed in true, and have met my expectations very well. I did break a spoke (my error: I drove over the wheel but only one broke and the rim could be trued!) and the LBS replaced it with an identical one but DT Swiss they had in stock. I can't tell which is which, but again, I'm really know nothing about any subteties involved w/ spokes.
Just FWIW.
