Which shifters can I use for a rear 7800 or 7700 rear dura ace rear derailleur? This is for a city bike bike i'm building.

9 or 10 speed?
All shimano's "road" 10 speed components will work. SL r770 and 4603 flat bar shifters. The 4603 tiagra shifters are the nicest ones you'll be able to run if going with flat bar setup. If you're running drops, any shimano shift levers will work.

If you're sticking with 9 speed, any 9 speed shimano shifter will work.
