I'm kinda in the same boat. I'm 195 lbs (though not a fatty!); and want a new set of wheels. I have Mavic K Sl's which are already pretty light.. though my rear wheel spokes seems to need adjustment a couple times a season - as they start creaking.
I'm holding out for an Enve rear wheel (clincher) - would like just a rear of the 3.4 built on either Chris King or Alchemy hub... that will eat up my entire "fun" budget. Then maybe a front next year.

Also, I would Campagnolo Hyperons or Bora. Even better, get a set of custom built wheels. Likely much cheaper, just as light, and just as well made if done by someone that knows what they are doing.

Why doesn't fairwheel stock C4 any longer? I actually never heard of them - but their hubs look very nice! Speaking of website though, its terribly designed. There is no place to see pictures of the hubs - and actually know what your looking at!! It's just a bunch of hub pics...
Then on the wheelbuild page, for Carbon clinchers, they spec the RH190.. but on the Hub page, they have no RH190! It's the 170, 200, etc... Pretty pics, but terrible usability/navigation.
So where can I get some pics of the C4 hubs and actually know which hub I'm looking at?

Check out Cycling Technology's website. They have a pic and some great deals on the C4 hubs. I have them build up my EDGE 45's and the finished product was 1282g and I am not a flyweight.

Most wheels that don't post a weight limit should just be fine. Madfiber's weight limit is 1500lbs if I remember correctly, and they are only 10XXg, so not too bad either.
Really, 200lb isn't Cunego/Pantani, but is not that outrageous either. Many tall and powerful riders can easily be in the 180-190lbs and they can be alot harder on equipment than the average joe.

Somehow, I don't think pumping up a clincher to a bone crushing 135psi will give you the ride of tubulars. The benefit of riding them is much more than high air pressure. Arguably, you will get much closer to the feel of tubulars by getting some 320 tpi tires, latex tubes, and running them at a normal 100-105psi.
Even then, running K elites with any of the two recommendations will still have you at wheels over a pound heavier than good tubulars -- so there is nothing that can make up for that huge difference.
I agree, I just can't justifiably sanction the moolah at the moment, or the punctures that will surely prevail in my locale; i'll be happy in the alps with elites and the zx ers, but i do have a 2nd bike to slum it with during the week, which gives me elites perhaps an underserved elevation cometh the serious training rides.

I am not sure if C-4 is still actively in business. Perhaps they are revamping their product line accounting for the disarray on their web site. As far as I can tell, the only place that has existing stock is Nico's. Regardless, the pros and cons of those hubs have been thoroughly discussed on WW. Search the topic and you'll be able to sample a complete spectrum of opinion; they seem controversial compared to many of the competition.
