Is anybody going to be in Mallorca in April? I'll be staying in Soller, April 11-21.

Not this year :(
My advice, which is never sane...if you are visiting... ride the mountains, forget the flats.

I happen to live quite, quite nearby to Sóller. Let me know if you have any questions.

jvanv8: Where exactly are these so called "flats" :beerchug: . On that part of the island there´s only one way to go-

+1

Spent 2 weeks there last summer - mountains the whole time. You owe it to yourself to ride Sa Calobra at least twice!

Nice, it looks like we might have some riding/meeting :beerchug:

0nelove, if you PM me your phone number I'll call you upon arrival.

el condor, Peguera looks to be pretty far away from Soller, but we'll see.

Per Leviathan's suggestion, I think about doing Max Hurzeler sportif, but will need to figure out a way of getting from Soller to start line (and then back).

Our team (18 riders) at Mallorca 29.3 - 9.4, staying El Arenal. Some of us are already there (has been 4 weeks).

Shall say hello to KAS-RAK. Sa Calobra is on my menu this year. Last year I came down too late for our Sa Calobra day.

I've been here for a week now. Back home on Thursday.

Yesterday was some interesting conditions. There was a cyclist wrapped in a survival bag at the side of the road after a crash. Quite a few people around him and he looked to be in good hands.

Be safe out there (and don't try Sa Calobra if the conditions aren't perfect).

Use suncream!
Saw YOU guys just coming out of Selva yesterday. Nice ride?
For future reference, always a good idea to do Sa Calobra Sunday or Public Holiday as the bus trips arent running then.
