I'm decently knowledgeble on the topic. Can someone treat me like a noob and tell me how to install these.
I have the plastic cups to make the OSBB BB30, the bb30 bearings, wheels shimano adapters, a truvativ BB adapter, and a PressFit30bb from Rotor.

Look forward to hearing on how to do this.

I have this exact setup.

I have normal BB30 bearings with the Wheels MFG BB30-BSA (shimano) adapter.

1. put bearings in frame
2. put adapters in bearings
3. install crank
