So I've lightedned the pedals - spindles, bolts and bowties. But reading everyone says to lighten the bolts in the cleats as well. So what sorts do I need and what lengths? Also best place to get them. I'm rubbish at this sort of figuring out so if anyone can advise me that would rock.

:thanx:

Get the nanogram cleats, they come with aluminum bolts. You also get the steel bolts so you can position the cleats where you want them and when you find that position, you use the one time use aluminum bolts.

I'll look into that, but would it not be cheaper just buying the bolts instead of a whole new cleat set?

I use Alu. screws for bow ties and for cleats except the rear cleat screws that get to be walked on.
Get M4 tapered head Ti Allen or Torx screws for that.
