Got my Flash over a year ago but haven't showed it in any thread here and got some pretty nice upgrades for it. Started with a Flash Hi-mod 2 that now look like this with a crappy phonepic:
Image
And the spec:

Frame: Cannondale Flash Hi-Mod (M)
Seatclamp: Cannondale Si
Fork: Lefty Speed Carbon XLR 100
Headset: Cannondale Si
Stem: Experimental Prototype (100mm/-10°/600mm wide)
Handlebar: AX-Lightness Poseidon included in stem
Grips: ProRace tape
Seat: Tune Komm-Vor
Seatpost: AX-Lightness Europa
Chainguide: Experimental Prototype
Rear Derailleur: Sram X.0 with MSC pulleys
Shifters: Sram XX
Brakes: Avid Elixir X.0 (160/140 Innolite discs
Crankset: Cannondale Hollowgram SL with Experimental Prototype 36t chainring
Cassette: Recon ti 11-32
Chain: KMC X10SL
Quickrelease: Aerozine
Wheels: Tune Cannonball/Kong hubs with FRM XMD309t rims and DT Revolution spokes
glue: vittoria
Tires: Tufo XC2 / XC2 Plus
Wires/housing: Shimano Yumeya
Pedales: Crank Brothers Candy 2Ti
Bottle cage: Bontrager XXX Lite

Total weight: 7238g

Was around 9kg when I got it ;) Never easy to lighten a bike so much I have noticed. my old Smud-Carbon seat and New Ultimate seatpost was lost in the mail and took around 3 months for everything to solve even though I didn't managed to get a nice seatcombo from Berk. Then my handlebarcombo took more than 6months to make. My first chainring broke in the first race and the chainguide didn't fit. But after some mails, remaking it now works as it should. Light as it should be but still works well for racing so not just showparts.

A closer look at crank and chainguide:

And a look at the front. The fork was a Lefty Speed XLR that Cannondale changed outer leg for me, saved 133g. And under the bar tape there is two stickers too show weight and product from AX-Lightness:

Wow, that is a sweet bike! One thing makes me wonder though.. Why the x.o brakes? Heavy and sluggish with bad lever feel. Good looks though...

Originally the bike came with the X.0 brakes (524g for mine) and the X.0 rear derailleur. So parts I haven't changed. Have an X.0 front derailleur too that I will use if I will use double chainrings. But would love to change the brakes for XX World Cup.

The bike looks good, Jonas - much better with the black outer leg on your fork.

How much does the combo weigh? Looks fantastic, I love combos. Is it stiff? And is the stem made by Hellore, or is it an Ax stem or something like that and he bonded it together?

The steerercombo is 209,5g. Stem is completely made by Mattias Hellöre. Not so stiff but stiff enough for me.

Hanged it in the Park Toolscale at work yesterday with a little heavier left pedal (Candy SL instead of 2Ti) and it showed 7,13kg :D Not 7,3kg as it should be with that pedal. Happy :)
