Ribble (www.ribblecycles.co.uk) lists Stronglights. Their prices are good and shipping to Canada is quick (arrive in a week or so) so should be good to you too.

thanks for this link, It doesn't look like the campy 135 spacing allows for anything less than a 39 inner ring, but I can at least shrink down my out ring to a 44 or something more reasonable!

That's right: 39T is the smallest chainring you fit on to an BCD 135mm crank. Shimano is 130 mm BCD and will take an 38T chainring.
