Most who ride titanium do so for reasons other than weight.

Bars, stem, seatpost they look great but the evne cockpit stuff is porky!
Also the older SRAM cranks are pretty heavy too.
Replace all non cockpit bolts with alloy, all important steel bolts with Ti and make sure you got a set of sub 40g skewers

Another easy saving and not so expensive is to ditch The enve expander and cap set up..
If your running that you could loose 40g with an extralite expander and a light topcap ( tune, pop, extralite, etc )

Those things would drop a fair bit of weight

I am getting a taste for some of those TI bikes. This one is just right.

Pretty much what sugarkane said. Gotta lose the Enve stuff and the crank for sure. Can't exactly tell without a build sheet, but looks like there is weight to be lost in the wheelset, saddle, and headset as well.

Really nice bike, despite the fact that oval chainrings always put me off (cosmetically).

A little pork on the right bike is fine. Looks awesome the way it sits.

These are ROUGH numbers:

Extralight expander= 20gm saved
Extralight headset = 50gm saved
Extralight stem = 35gm saved
Enve 1.0 fork = 50gm saved
Lighter crank? = 200gm saved
Lighter skewers = 45gm saved (a big guess)
Lighter bars = 20-60gm saved (depends greatly on what you get, obviously)
Lighter post = 70gm saved

Total (rough, yes) =530gm = 1.168lbs

Only you know if it is worth it.

P.S. I really like your build.

P.P.S. EE brakes are the best brakes ever. I hope you enjoy.
I have no plans on using anything else in the future (except for a super WW build, but that is the exception)

In my eyes... this hunt for 12Lbs is just nonsence, I´d never trade all enve setup for anything.. when I look at your bike I see perfect tuning, whole bike works like one piece.. pure luxury to me! It´s moreover obvious that shaving off another 1,5 Lbs will bring nothing except just lower number on scale weight...
But anyway:
Extralite headset
Extralite Ultrastem
Schmolke bars
Schmolke/MCFK seatpost
AX/Tune carbon saddle
THM Scapula fork
Lightning Cranks + EP chainring
.....
all depends on how wide your budget is! :-)

Nice bike.

There is something about grey titanium bikes and white garage doors that always keeps them coming together...

ask Jure Berk if he will build you a seatpost/saddle combo. that will save a chunk of weight.
