looking for a "reasonable" cost respray potentially for a Giant TCR alliance frame?
anyone know of anywhere where cost doesnt outweigh value of the frame !

only want a single colour job .....

You could try graphicshack.They are much cheaper but I'm not sure of the quality of their work, although feedback seems to be ok. There is some guy in London called Vaz finishes or something. Havent heard good things there.

Enigma also respray things.

what is 'reasonable cost'?

I think Bob Jackson cycles in the Leeds area reputedly do some nice frame respraying but also www.shelbyart.co.uk might be able to help you out. He does all the detail paint work for any frame repairs we have.

Argos wont spray carbon, I tried them late last year!

I sprayed my own MTB, came up great, no issues, the key is patience, lots of thin layers, don't build too much depth and get a run, I used etch primer (crucial for anything but steel) then just rattle cans from halfords of a Ford Metallic Purple and then laquer.

But this is the WW website, paint will add at least 200g to the weight.......my 16" MTB frame gained 240g.
