In a large.

Just arrived yesterday. Really Impressive bike. The Overdrive 2 headset 1.5 to 1/4 looks beef. I'm excited to get on a shorter TT without running 4 cm of spacers. I figured the SL would be stiff as hell and ride like a true race bike. Gonna swap the compact crank and get shorter arms in a standard. Rounder bar, most likely a Pro. & Maybe swap the wheel's for the P-SLR Aero's.

Nice buy!

A set of the P-SLR aero wheels would definately make it nicer. I'm very interested to see how they hold up. I'm guessing they're quite good given the parts by DT Swiss.

Wow that's pretty nice weight for a stock bike... is it an XL size?

It looks freaky but in a good way! :beerchug:

Love the big blocky stem, looks a bit like the Look C-stem...

Love that frame, was actually considering it myself! How's the ride?

Mine just arrived in an XL. I've upgraded the wheels to the SLR aeros and to a 180mm std crankset instead of the compact. Looks the goods I reckon. How do I upload photos?

How are the P-SLR aero wheels? I'm considering a set myself, they seem to be one of the most reliable aero(50mm) sets around.

The fat head tube and seat post area look bizarre next to the tiny seat tube...

Update. The SLR aero wheels are great! I've come off fulcrum racing zero 2way fits and these are pretty much the identicle weight +- 100gms once you have tyres on etc. these feel just as stiff but maybe a tiny bit slower off the mark that the fulcrums but don't seem to have a top end. Just want to go faster and faster. Don't really like the dt skewers though. Front is ok but the back lever touches the seat stays so you can't just spin them in like they are designed. Might take a file to them....

True but it works sooooo well! Mega stiff through the head tube, downtube, BB but super plush through the saddle. Riding rough roads is so much better (on my back) than on my Madone.

Thanks for your review on the wheels. I think I want a set too now. :)

What are your thoughts on the bike now that you've had it for a while? This is one of the frames I'm considering so it would be great to get some real world feedback.
