I assembled them with Durace hubs and having 32 spokes help.
They were fairly rigid as far as Im concerned, and it was amazing uphill.
My only complain was the braking on wet days but maybe I was using wrong brake pads.

I used Mavic Reflex with ChrisKing cross hubs for cyclocross and it is absolutly ready. I'm 72kg. I have same wheels to road with ChrisKing classic hubs and perfect. And have another wheelset with Mavic Gel 330 and Reflex is better

Very nice wheels Kabush. What spokes do you use there, Revolutions or Sapim equivalent? Can't really tell from pic but they look to be a lighter gauge than Competitions?

I've got a pair of NOS 36 hole Mavic Mach 2 CD2 rims that I'm going to build them up with Ambrosio Zenith hubs, DT Competition spokes, 3 cross...so hard to find any decent 36 hole Campag compatible hubs these days...

They'll be awesome wheels. I had a set in the 90s, dura ace hubs though, the wheels raced most of the worst roads on Europe and never needed any attention. They'll outlive you!

Along those same lines I've got a set of 36H NOS Mavic GP4s - rock solid. Not light, but bomb proof.

I like bombproof, especially when training or racing rough roads...
