I am taking care of many of the upgrades myself, but so far, the driver's insurance company has done well by me.
In a moment of weakness today, I picked up a specialized romin evo pro saddle 143 width, weighing 160g
I also ordered a 27.2 Enve zero setback seatpost to replace the FSA one I had been using.

I am doing a very similar build. I have an Enve 100mm stem, but I am interested in the weight and looks of the Zipp Speed SL. I like that it is gloss black, and think it might match the frame better. For the rest of the cockpit I went with 3T LTD, but it turns out it kind of looks a bit gray. Not because the obvious gray stripe, but there appears to be a glittery finish in the epoxy that makes it look gray, especially when compared to the jet black gloss EVO frame. Had to go with 3T Ergonova LTD for the handlebars, just love the shape, though not the lightest.

I'm very interested to see the stem in person too.
the rest of my components are scheduled to arrive the middle of march (except for the wheels - due in early april).
i hate waiting (and losing what little fitness i still have in the meantime).

"forced"?
Sounds tough
Although hope no serious injuries.

Does the stem use standard hex bolts or does it use torx bolts?

std hex with a dished washer for the head (so the head of the washer isn't directly on the carbon.
they have a special threadlocker on the bolts for the ti headplate which makes it a total pain to install, esp. since the dished out area of the stem where you can insert an allen key is very shallow, and it is easy to chip the clearcoat if you don't tape over it with a couple of layers of electrical tape
it is a very nice looking piece of hardware, but the install is definitely fussy.
