I am a long time fan of this team and the work they do educating folks about diabetes. Having lost three family members to diabetes (including my younger sister to Type one) gives this team a special place in my heart but their results on the American pro scene IMO make this decision to not allow them to race a very poor choice

That is extremely disappointing. It is more so if the rumors are true that the team was left out due to sponsors being rivals

I'm surprised they picked the Bontrager Livestrong U23 team over Team Type 1. What have they done to get that spot?

Money and politics. Phil should know this by now.
- Zipp rims will break if you look at them too hard
- R-Sys wheels will spontaneously explode
- The ZG crankset will never, ever exist
- Everyone needs Lightweights, even if they're fat and old
- Parts actually made of metal are SO 10 years ago

If I remember correctly the article yes was related to Kenda but talking of one of the teams invited, no?
