WILL I be able to use this on any 10 speed Shimano/SRAM bike?

Yes, nothing changed size-wise on the new cassette, they just switched to the XX MTB style construction method and added the noise reducing elastomer bands between cogs. Competitive Cyclist on youtube has some recent videos featuring each piece of the new grouppo individually. Cassette is featured here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uf1hriUkuss
