New here - pleased to meet you all...

Just finished with the build - Sub 14lbs w/o pedals.

Got in about 112ks in this weekend and this bike is so fast and the handling is excellent. Very nimble.

Compared to my "carbon caddilac" Specialized Roubaix SL2, a bit harsh but not bad at all.

Thank you.

Speedplay Zeros. I am thinking about getting the Garmin Vector system but for now, no power data. This is (ahem) a blue collar bike..kind-of.

You may be right - it came up at 6200g on the stand after installing the 'powercordz' ultra light cable system (which was promptly de-installed...that's another story). Plus the tires were placed but un-mounted (no glue).

I will have to weigh it now with it fully built next time I'm at the shop & report back.

Had many of those frames - and agree it's the crit warrior!!!! Best bang for the buck, by a long shot.

One side note - consider campy, it looks so bad A$$ on a cannondale. A chorus group isn't that much money and it's better than anything SCRAM - not saying you'll go faster, but it will look awesome!!!!

The characters are mandarin chinese - they mean 'guardian angel'.

Lets face it folks, riding bikes (especially near cars) is dangerous business. We usually ride very fast wearing only a thin layer of spandex and a foam hat. I myself have had several close calls (as many of us have) and a friend of mine was struck by a car last year (he's fine but suffered a three month recovery)

My suggestion: pay homage to whatever god keeps you safe.
