Anyone have weight for these and how does it compare to separate stem and bars?
Common sense tells me it should be lighter but is it?
Anyone know what rise and stem options are available as I image that is more limiting than with sepsarate compontnets.

Common sense say's it should be lighter, but everytime I've looked at combined items before they've been heavier.....without a weight for these, impossible to say!

A friend had that bar. They were disappointingly heavy, 260gr for a 100mm stem and normal length bar Pilot combo.
For comparison my 100mm UL3 + 580mm AX poseidon = 171gr
Edit: The only lighter options are the combi builds by small carbon specialists like Nordischer Rahmenbau or Mattias Hellore (lefty) for handlebar/stem and Berk for Seat-post combinations.
