Not much of a WW (17.1lbs) thanks to the groupset, but looking for a SRAM Force group soon which should save another pound.
Final upgrade will hopefully be a S-Works SL4 frameset in the summer

Personally I'd stick with the groupset and just upgrade bits to DA or Ultegra as parts wear out. If you have extra cash I'd get some extra wheels for nice days, say some carbon 50mm tubs or Extralite clinchers if you ride in the mountains and some Veloflex tyres. Frankly you won't notice any difference whatsoever from the groupset (<5 seconds difference up a climb), but you will notice a big difference from the wheels. And the Mavics with Krylions are pretty good for training, so I'd keep them for that.
