I've been running a specialised alias seat for a while now and it time for an upgrade because its getting a bit tatty. seems to fit me perfectly i get little to no pain on long 5 hour + rides.
was thinking of going specialised again. any idea which of the new ones is closest to the alias in shape? the toupe or the romin?
also will the new 9mm carbon rails fit in the fsa post that i used with the alias?
thanks
specialized alias seat upgrade

Went from a 155 alias to a smp glider (v harsh) to a selle italia max flits team (just not right in shape) and have ended up with a 155 romin which I am happy with.
Had an Alias 130 which I hated, moved to a Toupe 130 which I loved, that broke after 3 years and has just been replaced by a Romin Evo Pro 130.
The Romin Evo Pro has a more pronounced kick-up tail that the Toupe but otherwise seems good so far. As the Alias is quite a flat saddle you might prefer the Toupe.
