Wilier Zero.7 is supposed to be sub 800 grams fully painted in size Medium.
- Zipp rims will break if you look at them too hard
- R-Sys wheels will spontaneously explode
- The ZG crankset will never, ever exist
- Everyone needs Lightweights, even if they're fat and old
- Parts actually made of metal are SO 10 years ago

Exactly proved my point. A size 56 cm is not coming out to 695 grams. Oh, and by the way, a Cervelo R5 CA in size 48 cm weighs 660 grams.

This is a Evo Red frameset with clearcoat. The ultimate version should be about 50g lighter.
How much does the Cervelo R5 CA cost?

If they were going on claimed weight, then yes. Otherwise...NO

Web site claims it's for the "Ultimate" frame.
It's possible they're binning frames, putting the 2-σ lightest on the Ultimate builds.
the evo frameset retails for $3500 vs $9000 for the cervelo. willier is $5500.
a 56 black/white came out to 800g(ride magazine). remove the paint and easy ~750gm.
evo was tested to be more durable the caad10 frame.
peter denk(designer of the evo) has stated a 639gm frame was possible but too expensive to build.

Not too expensive to build. More like compromising strength and stiffness. Cervelo added weight to the production R5 CA too in order to meet other performance goals. As said, I have not seen nor heard of any production PRODUCTION Cannondale Evos in size 56 cm coming in at 695 grams. Oh yeah, and clearcoat/finish? No, I don't think it adds 50 grams. MAYBE half that.
I don't have numbers, but my understanding is that the following are pretty close real-weight wise:
Parlee Z5 SL
Cannondale Evo
Cervelo R5 CA
Then a little way behind
R5 VWD
Scott Addict
Storck 0.6
etc...
Bottom line is that it doesn't matter too much unless you're going all-out on weight. Better to choose the one which fits best and/or fits your budget best, then equip it with real tyres, saddle, comfy bars and ride the hell out of it.

Mr.Fish,
Do you have any numbers to put alongside these frames (56cm)?

I can only speak for the Parlee...
my z5sl size M (with parlee carbon mech hanger and bottle bolts) weighed in at 853g and the fork uncut was 295g. Perdy light.
