Hopefully my Sram XX front derailleur is coming tomorrow - had to change the xt e-type. Worked fine even it was sitting a bit high compared to the chainrings and shifting was fine BUT the weight is 181.5 grams. Hoping the sram xx is about 120 grams.

Very nice useable build....

Although personally I don't like bottle cages, spoils the lines to my eye, but that's just me!

not bad - you could trim the brake hoses down a bit.

howe do you get on with the front lock out lever - usually these are o nthe RH so you can push lever to lock - much easier than toe pull the little lever.

The annoying thing about thesee forks is that the cable is attached "wrong way round" - it is not possible to trim that since the end with the nipple is at the lever. I have bneen toying with a couple of ideas to shorten the cable but not hbeen brave enough to try them out.

Thanks - I'm okay with the remote lockout placement on the handlebars. I have the same on my Spark so I have gotten used to it so I don't think about it.

I might change the bottlecage :-)
