i heard that Cesar Millan was flying to the Netherlands to try and help MaLóL and his new hongfu learn to play with nicely with others
i also got this today thanks to a local WW member who ordered the wrong sized clamp for his up coming z3 build
VERY nice bit of kit and a healthy 8g lighter than the parlee clamp
for the record i don't think i can live with any thing made by smud its just such a shocking name

SKane,
I'm diggin' your Parlee.
Getting the views of your bars is great. For my own 12lber, I'm going to go with 3T's as well.
I like that they resemble my current K-Wings and even the drops look like a compact fit
(which I personally found to be extremely comfortable compared to the classic & ergo shapes).
Love the close-ups of the Enve's as well. I really like how consistent the carbon finish on them is.
Really, thanks for sharing.
Question:
What's the total weight on your crankset with rings/bolts/BB?

the corrected weight of the THMs is 612g, and the corrected weight of the SR cranks is 706g
with a veloflex in the rear and the other saddle it should be 5.49kgs...
still very happy woth the M3s, they look amazing and it seems to shift pretty well

612g includes the rings, bb, chainring bolts
Nearly 100g lighter than the SR cranks
I really like the shape of the 3t ergonovas, they are one of my favorite bars

Nice!
just installed a set of i-links and minis...
not very hard but it took quite a while to work it out to suit campag 11 speed with no clear instructions on offer any where... the biggest hassle is getting the liner right.. got that sorted though and the brakes work and the gears shift just as well as they did before.
maybe i'll do a how to...
shitty fone pics sorry.. can't complain about the results though..

My bikes:-
- 2014 Lapierre Zesty AM 727-11.9kg
- 2012 Storck Fenomalist Di2 - 7.1kg
Carbon - Lightens your bike and your wallet
OCBD - Obsessive Compulsive Biking Disorder

soo.... sub 12lbs
this thing is nice... and after a quick test ride in jeans no bibs/padding it proves to be slightly wider and flatter through the middle making it quite comfortable to ride in with only jeans which the old saddle was not..
i also intentionally nailed a few pot holes seated and found the shock through the saddle to be substantially less than the alloy post i was using..
BONUS
proper test ride in the morning with a eastern hills
final weight 5.40kgs on my nasty $3 chinese scales ( $3 inc postage ) which have in the past shown 20-30g more than a set of bike shop parks tools scales
also the nasty conti tubbie i'm running right now owes me a good 50g over the preferred veloflex tires so i'm in the sub 12 pound bracket which was the goal
mr Berk has a nice set of black decals in the post for me too, i think they'll have to replace the sliver ones

Looking sweet Sugarkane.
An idea to loose a few grams would be to flip the stem and lose the spacer and maybe a shorter headset cap.
Probably doesnt look as good, but its an idea i am tossing up, and running a 0deg. rise stem.

Could slam the stem but I'm getting on a bit for that kinda carry on..
I like a stem that sits at the same angle as the top tube..
I'm running super lite spacers, If I remember the 10mm spacer I'm running is 1.5-2g and the weight save in removing that much steerer would be around 10g +\- 2g
I'm happy to keep it looking nice and cop the 15g penalty. As I said once the conti in the back is toast. 2-3 weeks of riding at the rate I'm clocking right now, I'll be back to veloflex all round and that'll be worth 30-50g depending on which tire I go with.
Very happy with the combo Jures work is amazing!
awesome build. i would not switch the stem neither, like this looks really much better than the other way around.
I would remove the extralite headset cap. the logo and the decoration of it looks kinda cheap and ugly to my. I would go for a syntace cap, but that is just me. enjoy it.
