Ummmm, my Speedneedle is definitely not compatible with Extralite the Post UL. It fits, but the rails were a bit offcenter to the grooves on the post. The rails were kind of not straight so that's why it would not fit ok.
I ground the bottom half-pipe of the post and now it fits alright, but definitely not a workable solution out of the box.

That's strange - my speedneedle seat works very fine with my extralite seatpost!
The problem with mine was that one of the Speedneedle rails was not perfectly centered along its length. Poor quality control on Tune's behalf.
It was made with a slight bend along it's length, which messed up where it got caught in the grip by the post. If the rail was made straight, there would have been no problems fitting it.

USE Alien with OS head only works if you file away between 1.5mm and 2mm off the clamp head. I have done this successfully.
May I know how to check if Alien with OS head or not? e.g. Is this one with OS head? http://www.performancebike.com/shop/pro ... y_ID=5261# Thanks.

I think the only way to get the OS head is to order it direct from USE.
It wont be a standard issue fitment to any of the seatposts.

All USe posts come with a standard clamp head able to take rails of 7mm x 7mm. You have to order the OS head seperately. The OS head is made to take rails of 8mm x 8mm.
The TSN has oval rails 8mm x 10mm (from memory). Thats why even an OS clamp head still needs modifying to allow taller rails to fit.
