The 986 as it stands isn't priced too ludicrously, but man that new one looks awesome.

I also think this bike would look better as a 29er. The proportions just don't seem right to me.
For certain parts stiffer is more important than lighter.

This is what I call 'the epitome of elegance'... Superb design, eye-catching appearance.. Nearly best in the market in these days but I couldn't find any info on google where can I buy Look's MTB frames? any idea on that?

I believe this is a prototype and will probably never see production.

There is a feature on it in this month's MBR(UK mag). It's being released later in the year, no specific date. 120mm of travel, 2350g frame and shock weight claimed, 69 degree head angle. Should be available in both an aluminium version and a carbon one. £2999.99 for the alloy and £3499.99 for the carbon! Looks pretty much the same as the OP's post! Well, the main details at least, A-stem etc.

Campbell.

I ride with the people at Look distribution all the time. Just call them up and they'll hook you up with a shop. The full suss bike looks nice and can certainly take a pounding.

Anyone have this bike or has had the chance to test ride it? Any experiences?
