If I'm not mistaken you want the one that says cannondale, just pick your preferred color. the other ones are for non cannondale frames. Seems like a lot money for very little weight savings and the ability to run a non cannondale stem. Although I want one cause I am using the tank of a steerer from project 123.

That´s me who build these Lefty steerer tubes, you should take a Cannondale , they all are with 1 1/8 tube to clamp a stem on.
The other question is if it´s a lot of money for a little weight saving?
Project 321 stated their Lefty tube for 1 1/8 frame is 149 grams, which mine hovering in around sub 80 grams, have made around 10 pcs in 66 gram mark with these so you get basically 2€ per gram saved, not too bad in my book.
Think about where you can lower a part with around 70 grams with 170 euro investment.
If you want a more bulletproof product, take a MCFK, they have good reputation and better availability.
