The needle bearing is inside the peddle shell, that thin nose inserts into the needle bearing when the shaft goes back into the peddle case

just bought a set of these last night, hoping for the best!

bear in mind, the seller will probably not help you. i got the impression that they're worried about legal action from Look, though i don't really get why.

i talked to that seller several times. they are already scared about speedplay lawyers, due to patents. they might be scared in case look wanna do the same.

Recently tried to swop my White Industry ti axles in, and when I switched out the axles on the original I heard a loud pop as if a tight seal has been broken. After I installed it in there's a small gap between the cap and the pedal body even though it is screwed on tight, will that be a cause for concern?
