Plan is to build a bike for riding, nothing super lightweight. black. that's it.
Frame: C59 Nero 56t (without collar or cage bolts): 1132g
Fork: C59 (uncut....lots of steerer): 395g
Headset: 72g
Expander+top cap + spacers+bolt: 28g
Seatpost: Colnago: 218g
Bar: 3T Rotundo LTD: 182g
Stem: Team BOB: 130g
Saddle: SLR Carbon: 106g
Tyres: Ultremo ZX: 187g/199g
Tubes: Vittoria: 86g/90g
Wheels with tape: record/cxray/OP CD: 742g/850g
Skewers: Record 120g *
Seat Clamp: Colnago: 22g *
anything with a * is possibly temporary
bike will be a slow build, i have plenty of other bikes to ride and not that much money atm. I am looking at certain nice wheels to go with the bike, but haven't settled on anything yet.

I love black stealthy bikes!

I mentioned it before in Colnago thread, if your body allows the position, try the -17 degree stem. Looks really agressive!

I am corious... could you please measure the seat tube. From center of BB to the top of seatpost colar.
And standover height also please.
Thanks!

Hey Asher.

Good to see that your C59 frameset is finally seeing the "light of day".
So what groupset are you planning on using for this build?

Cheers

Hi there,
This is going to be a mean machine! If its not too much trouble, could you taker a closer shot of your stem - Im thinking about using it on an upcoming build, but the 3T site doesn't have a particularly good pic.
Thanks!

not that keen on the 3T kit. something evident in the first photo will show you why. cheap chinese crap. new bar and stem time.

"Length" is spelled incorrectly. Nice.

What stem are you planning on replacing the 3T with?

Great looking bike!

...and 3T seems to be (and priced as) a premium brand.
Kind of a let down on such a nice build.
Time for some German lightness? :) or is it liteness

cant decide, the bars will not be going on either now though.

anyone have any bar/stem suggestions?
i am picky, so they have to be the same brand. don't want silly lightweight stuff.
thinking deda zero100 SC (customised a bit) with deda campione bars. or possibly the mike giant x cinelli ram 2s.

i also have shiny new wheels ;)

this is the nicest looking colnago i've seen. the wheels really compliment everything too and i hope you succeed on your quality product search away from overpriced junk as you kinda mentioned

The new Zipp 'beyond black' stem would look nice, but you need a post to match I think.

Here's mine - the black Zipp logo actually looks much darker without the flash:
