I just brought the C59 home on Monday 12/12, I have to decide what I am going to do with the build

Parts I have so far:

quarq rotor 3d
chris king ceramic bearing BB in red
super record brifters, front and rear derailers, cassette, and chain
white campy cables and hoods
handlebra leather bar tape white with red and green stitching
FSA plasma bar/stem white with red stripes
brake calipers will either be Gravitas with red accents or TRP R970 els in white
look blade ti pedals
wheels will be from the mad fiber/ neutron ultra / mavic k's sl rotation I currently use

Yet to be determined:

saddle - selle italia monolink or kit carb
seatpost- stock or selle italia monolink
bottle cages- ??
headset- chris king / color? I do not like the Colnago headset, it is the same as my eps which needed service too frequently

Hi guys,

New on the forum

My first all Italian bike and first time campa... now I am riding a Red Bull X lite carbon with Dura Ace...

This morning I found out that my frame is finally at my bikeshop! After 2,5 month waiting...
They need a couple of days to finish it (and need to still get the 177.5mm cranck), so next Friday it is mine... can't wait!

Colnago C59 MTBK
Full Campa Super Record 11 speed 12-25, 177.5mm 39-53
FSA Plasma
Garmin Edge 800
Zipp 808 / 1080
Look Keo 2 carbon pedals
Prologo nago evo black
Black Colnago bar tape
2 x Black carbon Colnago bottle holders carbon
Standard Colnago Carbon seat post

So it will be an all black bike -> My own black widow ;-)

6 days & counting.....

Hi,

If you sponsor me on the titanium, sure... but in my opinion, it does not change the looks.. and the weight loss... tja....

On the stickers; I just put them on again... without is is too blackisch.... but thats a matter of taste

BTW, what size is it? 56 or 57?

56 traditional, i have a 52s eps, which was only purchased (in sloping) because of the deal i got. this is the same size but more awesome.

wait for the complete build picture

:(
not for a while..........

the wheels unfortunately aren't mine.......yet.
i have a set of record/cxray/open pro cds for training sitting in the frame currently.

the only thing i am undecided on is what bar and stem i should use, haven't found anything that floats my boat as such.

It needs a titanium crankset and to lose those Zipp stickers.

Agreed - I am personally not a fan of the Zipps - but its not my bike
