I just picked up a nice little Cannondale for a friend. She is pretty short and we have had a hard time finding something decent in her size for a good price. This is an R600 upgraded to full Ultegra with a dope set of wheels, Mavic SSC SLS. The bike is in great shape and looks unridden, I think my friend is really going to like it. It wasn't the greatest deal at $550 but we had been looking for awhile and the bike is in very good shape.

Very nice Cannondale's in here!! I'm getting a CAAD10-1 (team bike) this winter, converting it to full SRAM Red. I can't wait to ride a Cannondale!

A) I take care of my things
B) I clean it after just about every ride & go over it mechancially
C) I have a few bikes and choose the others for poor conditions
D) You're looking at a rig with thousands of miles on it

;)

Finally got around to taking a photo and posting it.

Here is my 50th birthday present, a SuperSix 5. It came with upgraded wheels (Ksyrium Elite) and the only changes I've made are 42cm bars (3T Ergonova Pro), 80mm stem (3T Pro) and Force brakes.

It's only done about 2,000kms in the 7 months I've had it, it's a much better bike than I am rider - I couldn't be happier!

Yes, I agree, the stem is going to go. Does anyone have any suggestions for a nice silver quill stem that would look good on this bike?

I'd say, go for a shim/adaptater to use a threadless stem :noidea:
This frame has a modern look.

i'd say maybe go for a light set of inch steerer forks which should go cheap and then get an aheadset which would shed a lot of weight compared to an adapter and quill stem. either that or one of these http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v78/s ... ter=images

Got some bang for the buck upgrades ... hopefully I can get my CAAD from 7.1/7.0 kg to 6.8kg
Not bad for a Rival build that has cost me about $3200 AUS

Getting planet X CNC brakes to replace my SRAM force ones
Getting a Starlite expander to replace the heavy cannondale one
Changing to Deda Newton Shallow from Anatomic (for comfort) (Ps. the weights seem way out)
Puting in Green chainring bolts for style
Considering putting in Ti bolts for my stem.... Not sure what I need though. M5 x 17mm probably
Was considering getting a Red cassette but probably won't too expensive
