Winter mode, took off my zipps is about the extent. Once i have a little more cash, I plan on building up a "classics wheel;" 36 or 32 hole aluminum tubular with a pave cx. (excuse the poor quality of the beer choice, had a party the other day)

Thats Sweet, I really hanker after a Liquigas Super 8) Here's some updated pics of my trusty ole SystemSix, just added the Deda M35 cockpit, this has its own thread with weights etc if anyone is interested.

Well to be honest I haven't ridden them yet, pure winter bike weather at the mo. If you look at my thread the shape is a big improvement on my previous bars and the weight isn't up much, although they are certainly not pure WW bars. They do look very distinctive but I have my doubts anybody needs 35mm dia bars lol, but for the price I got them for I had to go for them, though if I had a choice, the red ones would have been cool 8)

CAADHEAD, why white stem and bars?!

I would go with all the black parts and unlabel them all!

Some winter upgrades for my SystemSix.
ee brakes and MF wheels from my other bike, 3T Team handlebar and stem with a Dorico LTD seatpost,
Prolog Scratch Nack seat, Chorus 11s group and finally new 50/36 ring from Praxis Works (best rings I've had on any bike)

Hi Anderz, very nice bike!

Would you mind answering some questions about your Dorico Ltd?

I'm interested in the distance from the minimum insertion line to the rail cradle- I currently have a 300mm Ritchey post, with ~3cms spare, so would think that the 280mm Dorico would be fine, but best to check before pulling the trigger.

Thanks.

@cerro: With the weather being as it is these days it's not likely to see it out and about until march. Then both this and my Speedvagen is a frequent sight in the southern parts of Bergen as i live in Fana :)

@Dammit: The distance is 280mm :) 3T actually is stating the distance from the rails to the minimum insertion point as the post lenght.

Ah- golly! Thanks very much. Now if only I could get a straight answer to "will the Dorico Ltd work with an Arione K:1"- tried two bikes shops (Sigma and Condor) and got two contradictory answers.

It works great with the Scratch Nack which have 7x9mm carbon rails.
