Neither are anything special by your terms. The maxlights about 24 pounds.

The reason i came on here is ill be racing for a german bike company next year(cube bikes) and am going to be wanting that to hit the 19/20 pounds zone with that bike and am looking for tips.

:welcome:
But what do these down-facing bar ends mean??? Hope your arms aren´t so crooked
I used to care, now I take a pill for that.

Those are pretty nice bikes...

I wish I had a bike like that when I was 14.... but then again... there weren't Dual controls, 27 speed and front suspension was availeble but costly

but then that was '94... I was riding a Trek 830 (2nd bike) with a rigid fork and 21 speed... I don't know what the weight was... but was ALOT

good luck with your new your Cube later on.

Cube make some really nice looking bikes. Their annodized finish ones look lovely. Well done for having earnt a sponsor.

Your bar-ends do look funny though, but PLEASE stick with what you like and what works for you, rather than have magazines / websites  and friends dictate what you want.
