Rear is Archtek 38mm laced with competition spokes to an american classic hub. Commuting on tubs no problem but the tyres (conti comp) are wearing out a little fast. Where abouts are you based?

im based in oxford and am almost singlely running fixed gear oxford (which doesnt really exist)
looks like a zipp up front??
do you skip or skid on the tubs?? or just resist the drive big time??

I guess your using a magic gear?? With those dropouts, I like Paul hubs but I didn't get one as thy have problems, is that all 3/32? Change the saddle reckon, a boat anchor on a carbon frame

I have 3 road frames so I decided to make this one a fixie. Got lucky with the 50/19 combo.When I push the chain down it drops less than a cm.I agree saddle is porky.

I didn't even notice this thread existed. Some cool bikes here! I like the Makino a page or so back.

here's my Alien V3 stealth machine
Changes regularly as I'm trying different bars- 33cm alpinas have gone, now on 35cm nitto which seems to do the trick.
2nd pic is getting ready to start the kilo at nationals with my pals front disc. Unfortunately the kilo was first event and they still had the doors open to let people in so the air was gusting round the track and the front disc was a nightmare!
