I'm told this has to be one of the first Ultegra Di2 Cervelos in Canada, and possibly the world, as Cervelo just started shipping them.
Fit still needs a little tweaking, steerer tube will be cut short a bit more (just enough to keep one spacer above the stem, just in case), and a negative stem will be added to get more drop.
Madfibers aren't mine, but I'm giving them serious consideration for a wheelset upgrade.
I'm not at the point where I am willing to spend money to drop weight, but I'll think about it sometime down the road.
Build List:
Frame: Cervelo S5 Team, Size 51
Fork: Cervelo FK26 UL
Shifters: Shimano Ultegra Di2
Crankset: Rotor 3D+ BBRight 170mm, 53/39 Q-Rings
Front derailleur: Shimano Ultegra Di2
Rear derailleur: Shimano Ultegra Di2
Brakes: Shimano Ultegra 6700 (Grey)
Cassette: Shimano Ultegra 6700
Chain: Shimano Ultegra 6700
Handlebar: 3T Ergonova Team (42cm)
Headset: IS3
Stem: 3T ARX Pro (90mm)
Seatpost: Cervelo SP12
Saddle: Fizik Arione
Wheelset: Madfiber Tubular with Ceramic bearings/Mavic Aksium Race
Tires: Veloflex Carbon/Continental GP4000
Bottle cages: Arundel Dave-O Oil Slick
Computer: Garmin Edge 705 (with speed/cadence monitor)
Pedals: Look Keo Blade Carbon 12Nm tension (Cromoly axle)
EDIT: It weighs 18.2 pounds with training wheelset (Mavic Aksiums), GP4000 tires, inclusive of Garmin 705 computer as well. With the Madfibers and Veloflex tubulars, it weighs 16 pounds flat. The massive weight penalty is worth it for Ultegra Di2, especially on an aero bike.

I'm gonna get flamed for this, but who gives a damn about the weight! That is a gorgeous piece of kit!

Very lovely and Ultegra Di2 is ideal for this frame, interesting wheels, let us know how you get on with them. What size frame, I am guessing 51cm?
New picture: (It was dark outside by the time I got home)
I agree that the appearance of the wheels leave a lot to be desired. I've been dying to try them out, given that it gives me everything I want, a good lightweight wheel for climbing, yet aerodynamic, at a relatively reasonable price.
It started out with me ordering an S5 Rival back in August, but when I got a chance to ride a Scott with DA Di2, I knew I had to have the Ultegra Di2. The smooth and precise shifting (especially in the FD) was a huge selling point for me, and I couldn't give a stuff if it's milliseconds slower than mechanical.
@ giant man
Yes, it is a size 51.
