What's up guys - here's my Neo Exile Ultimate Build. It evolved out of a previous build based on a dengfu china direct frameset that was a fine bike but a bit small for me.

Weight is coming I don't have a digital scale at the moment but I'm as curious as you are.

I'll let the pictures do the talking but I have to say I love this bike. I've ridden high end bikes from plenty of established brands and this is right up there. I also have to thank Patrick for an excellent experience; I would certainly recommend Neo to anyone who is interested.

This is somewhat in progress as I have a few more items planned such as Red Black derailleurs and lighter pedals for sure. Yes I am going to chop the steerer.

Neo Exile Ultimate frame size 60
Vittoria EVO CX's on Yishun 50mm Tubulars
Sram Red/Rival (some sanding/tuning)
iLinks cables
Negative GSL brakes
FSA post sanded
SLR Kit Carbonio
Zipp service course stem (120mm) and 'traditional bend' bars in 46cm

Excellent photography.
Do you have more information about the wheels?

They are Yishun YS-NP 50mm tubulars ordered china direct from 'Yishun Stefano'.
Rims are Yishun 50mm tubs in matte 3k
Hubs are novatec w/carbon shells
Spokes are pillar

I think they are around 1300gr

No complaints thus far. Time will tell with respect to quality - thus far I wouldn't put them far off the 404s that preceded them...

:exactly:

Beautiful build and interesting wheels. I'd love to build a set of Asian carbon-clinchers sometime.

Really? Looks like a lot of vignetting has been added to the image in photoshop, nothing more.

Of course I did:) Red Black chainrings or perhaps fiber lytes are on the list. I don't mind the stem logo but ideally I would turn the Z to a dark grey.

Context. This isn't National Geographic, this isn't Getty Images, this is Weight Weenies.
Compared to a lot of photographs in the gallery? It is excellent.

Ha thanks - you are correct I am not a professional freelance photographer for Nat Geo!

All criticism is all good - so long as it's constructive!

Looks great (bike and photos)!

Did you do some tuning on your Rival RD - maybe cage and pulleys? It's a little hard to tell from the pictures.

Aren't you the Debbie downer. Geeesh, give the guy a break. Those are great photos and wish I had 1/2 as much talent with a camera/editing.
