Post subject: Lightweight Obermaier new decals design ?

Have anyone of you know about this ? i received this from Lightweight today claim that this is the new decals design.

If you notice it has a small letter wording and a centre cut.

If you look at the obermaier decal, it change to a small letter wording and a centre cut.

what we saw on the website are capital letter wording with full round design.

In regards to a "newer design":

The gentleman in charge of CarbonSports North America explained to me, that the rim script that says "lightweight" on it (4 times around the rim), is going to be a little different for 2012:

He said it will be a little bolder and larger, but just a little. Almost un-noticeable.

So perhaps with this very small change, the hub decals in the pictuure are a little different as well.

Small chages, but changes, I guess, non-the-less.

Hi wshiong,
I really wonder why you do a posting here and ask some people in a forum, if they can confirm you if these decals are original "Lightweight" decals or not.
As I explained to you in an email: they are! I'd have loved to send you the original decals for your wheelset, unfortunately the are not on stock atm.

We changed the decals on the hub flange a little as we have changed the flange itself a little to avoid the problems with all the narrow forks out there (for which we had the "TIME-modification" up to now).

Similar changes for all other decals on the hub flanges...

Because i want to know who else have this decal design, i think no one in my country have this and i am the only one who look so funny with that decals.

they are running on the standard decals like your first photo.
