Does anybody know if the holes in Record hubs fit 2.3 mm diameter spokes, or is there a 2.0 mm max like with Shimano Dura-Ace and Tune hubs.?

Erm, a 2.0 mm limitation on tune hubs?
I don't think so, otherwise they wouldn't be able to build their own wheels with CX-Ray/aerolite spokes.

Definitely a 2.0 mm limit on Tune hubs. The CX-Ray has a 2.0 mm head.

Email from Tune as reply to my question if I can use Sapim strong spokes with 2.3 mm head in their hubs:
Hello Timo,

sorry our hubs are only compatible with 2,0mm spokes.

Best regards
