Very nice. I wouldn't describe a $2000 frame+fork 'ridiculous value' however.

Is the rear brake operated by the left lever in that setup?

What cables are crossing on the top-tube?

The rear brake and RD cables are crossed. FD is downtube routed on the FTB.

Of course, should have worked that out. Crosses in order to produce a shallower bend at the bars for the RD?

I have a Van Dessel Gin & Trombones and have been wanting an FTB frame since they came out. However, this build is not particularly to my liking but it's just a matter of aesthetics and everyone's tastes are different.
