I have a set of Paul's Neo Retros. Love these brakes (and don't feel the need for discs BTW!).

After years of running aluminium rims, I have finally taken the plunge with some carbon rims.

I have always run Kool Stop Thinline pads, but they don't make carbon specific Thinlines. So, what to do? What are you running? Do I need to buy some XT cartridges and some Swiss Stop pads?

I'd get the TRP/Tektro cx road pad holders and then some Swissstop yellow road pads.
