Here is a pic of my Cervelo R5. I broke my 2010 Cervelo R3 in a 52 mph crash several months ago. Took advantage of Cervelo's crash replacement policy and bought an R5 frameset. Most of the parts were on my R3 too.
It weighs 5.8 Kg as pictured below, which is about 12.75 pounds. Here is the build list:

Cassette: SRAM Red
Crankset: Dura Ace

Stem: Ritchey WCS C-260 110mm
Saddle: Ritchey Superlogic 1 bolt
Saddle: Selle Italia SLR Kit Carbonio
Wheels: Reynolds DV46 T UL (removed stickers)
Tires: Vittoria Corsa EVO CX (tubular)
Skewers: Tune
Bottle Cages: BTP

I really like the subtlety of the bike.

I love the way it doesnt look like a sub 6kg bike.

It's my size. Just sayin

Thanks. I am 5' 10.5" (179cm). I don't know my measured inseam but I purchase slacks (not jeans) with an inseam of 32" (81.3cm). I really like the ride of the R5. It seems stiff and efficient without being harsh. It also handles very well, that is, a good balance between too twitchy and too sluggish.

That's a great weight, congrats. Do you know what the frame/fork weigh?

Thanks.

I did not weight the frame or fork when they arrived. You might want to check out em3's postings about his R5. He lists the weights for the frame and fork of his size 54.

Really nice set up with great attention to the small WW details...love the all black look. What has your experience been so far with the Ti chain...wear, shifting, etc?

Enjoy your ride.

Thanks for the kind words.

As far as the Ti chain... the shifting is very good. It may be a bit noisier than the Dura Ace chain but that may be due to the SRAM Red cassette as well. I have only had the Ti chain on for about the last 500 miles. I plan to use my chain checker at 1000 miles and then every 500 after that. I don't expect the chain to last as long as steel chains or at least, that is what I have been led to believe.
