Beautiful. I'm imagining this with black lightweights -- that would be perfection.

Costs of re-paint depends on what new scheme you go for.

It does really pop in the daylight too. If that pic's weren't enough

Bouwmeester wheels. Great, locally made, wheels. Mellow knows his stuff!

Tinea,

Are my eyes playing tricks on me or did you change from a 3T to Enve (Edge) fork?

Anyway, as usual...this bike continues to amaze me.

Hats of to you for pulling it off. My wife bought me a pink Rapha Italian jersey a couple of years ago. I have to get up the nerve to wear it. I wore it yesterday on a 130k jaunt on country back roads. I get smiles from most people and dirty looks from others. Hey, at least the can SEE me! It's all about safety, right?

I certainly feel it's all about safety and being seen. No way anyone will miss me on the road now

And well picked up, fork is now an Enve :)

So I'm trying to explain your bike to a mate the other day-

"It's a steel bike, it's pink with red and black highlights and has a small green highlight just at the bottom of one of the fork legs. It looks amazing!"

My friend looked at me like I was crazy!.... then I showed him!

It's not easy to explain that this bike just... works.

Love it TP.

Wow, I missed the updated look until now. I remember admiring how well done your bike was when I first joined WW about a year or so ago, even pm'd you with a couple of questions. This new paint job really pops. I've never seen a Baum in real life over here, but I really like them from what I've seen online, especially yours.

Just noticed the green. Why? It looks a bit weird, I would have expected the grey, purple or black would work better there.

at the bottom of the fork?
well the LHS of the fork is red, and its a Giro inspired paint job, so i guess its probably in reference to the italian flag....
